This body of work was made with the intention of informing audiences about world events and issues of social justice that are happening and affecting our daily lives and the world we live in. I want people to pause, reflect, and feel the “news.”
This collection of mixed media works on paper include screen printing, painting, and collage techniques. I reflect on themes of immigration, climate change, women’s rights, Native American struggles, Homelessness, LGBTQ+, gun control, Stop Asian hate, and other social justice issues.
