En el mundo entero hay en disputa dos proyectos de globalización. Uno es el que globaliza el conformismo, el cinismo, el racismo, la guerra, la destrucción, la muerte, el olvido. Y el otro que globaliza la rebeldía, la esperanza, la creatividad, la inteligencia, la imaginación, la vida, la memoria, la construcción de un mundo donde quepan todos los mundos. Encuentro es la casa del canto rebelde que esparce la esperanza. Aqui cantamos para recordar el pasado y asegurar un futuro major.

In the world community there exists a dispute between two globalization projects. One globalizes conformism, cynicism, racism, war, destruction, death and the forgotten. The other globalizes the rebellion, hope, creativity, intelligence, imagination, life, memory, and the building of a world where all worlds fit. The Encuentro is the home of the rebel chant that spreads hope. Here, we sing to remember the past to ensure a better future.
